Hi this is Tom harp ,Providence electric. I have been a Charlotte electrical contractor for the past 13 years. When I first started working as a Charlotte electrical contractor , I did work primarily in the remodel and addition areas of my trade . Prior to moving to Charlotte I worked as a service technician in Portland Oregon for many years . The historical homes in this region of the country were great experience for me. I now work as owner / electrical contractor of Providence Electric here in the Charlotte area . My duties primarily focus on you . The customer , I now use my knowledge and experience to be able to provide customer service to all of our customers at the highest level possible . I have over 20 years experience in the electrical trade , and 15 of those years have been working as an electrical contractor . I'm here Monday through Friday 7 AM to 5 PM to answer your questions and help you make decisions about the electrical installation or repair you are considering . You will find very few electrical contractors in the Charlotte area that have the owner as one of the office staff members answering the phones and able to provide you with 100% attention at the time of your call .
