 Hi!  Hope all is well!  House is done and we are thrilled. 

I used your services before and it was one of the most positive painless experiences I have had as a homeowner. I don't know why but it is typically so difficult to get someone to respond to an email, to get companies to understand that I can't take off days of work to get repairs done, and I can't spend my working day arranging for estimates :) But you guys were different!

I need someone once again to install a couple of light fixtures inside, and out. I would like to replace the current lighting I have around the garage with the sensor type lighting that will come on when someone approaches. And I would like to replace my lighting fixtures from 1972.
